For paneer manufacturing, milk is heated and coagulated in a paneer vat. The coagulated mass is transferred into hoops and pressed using a pneumatic paneer press. The pressed paneer blocks are cooled in a chilled water cooling vat, cut into 200 g and 400 g portions, vacuum packed in preformed pouches, and sealed.
